March Madness continues as Women's History Month delves deep into the third week. As women we are known as multi-taskers. We are the daughter, mother, wife, caretaker, grandmother, aunt etc.; and there's a commonality in each position and that is one of leadership. Whether an activist, educator or CEO a woman has the ability to give life to a family, a community and even a generation of leaders. However, many times the leading lady is bleeding. There's a silent cry that's been muffled far to long. Often it begins in childhood and the wounds run deep into womanhood. Come journey with Tabitha Vinson as she interviews Dr.Aminata Njeri Gill Executive Vice President of the Bryant Educational Leadership Group and one of the visionaries behind the African American Student Leadership Experience
