Lynn Rousseau is clear: people don’t have to leave corporate America in order to be happy. Rousseau is convinced that some people do better inside a large system. However, to be successful they need to be clear on who they are, and what they LOVE to do; so that they can create jobs that are in alignment with their values. Rousseau herself did this throughout her entire career; she was very intentional about every transformation that she made. Lynn Rousseau has over 10 years of experience working with Fortune 500 senior executives to increase their profits and productivity so they can enjoy more freedom. Currently, she specializes in supporting CEOs of technology companies. She also facilitates a monthly CEO Roundtable for the Arizona Technology Council. Rousseau has a Master’s of Science degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University, and is an International Coach Federation Certified Coach. She reinvented herself five times during her 18 year corporate career. Today supports Fortune 500 executives as they become “conscious leaders,” creating their work in alignment with who they are, so that they love what they do.
