Renee Palmore Beaman, RN Executive Director (“Nurse Nay”) has earned notable recognition as the Founder & Executive Director of the Beautiful Gate Outreach Center (BGOC), Delaware’s highly acclaimed faith-based HIV/AIDS prevention and outreach program. Under her administration, the Beautiful Gate Outreach Center has created over 25 programs that service thousands of Delawareans, including an on-site medical clinic in partnership with Christiana Care Health Systems. She has received numerous awards for her work with those affected by and infected with HIV. She has traveled twice to South Africa and also to Sydney, Australia, where she lent her expertise to staff and clients.
