Puppy Training Tips - "Parking the Car Chaser!!...for good"

It has come to my attention that this is a problem for some dog owners and it must be stopped in order to keep them safe...and alive! I don't know how many times I have seen this over and over again and it scares me each time it happens. Dogs (Collies) naturally chase things and "cars" are not exactly the things we want them to chase!
