Don't underestimate the power of the Communion meal. Confessing your sins and believing upon Jesus Christ will bring you salvation and eternal life, but the Communion meal can actuall preserve and keep you during your earthly life. The bread and the cup are so important that Christ said He would eat it again when we enter the kinnhfom at the marriage supper of the Lamb (Revelation 19:19).
