Since the day of our show is December 7, Pearl Harbor Day, we are discussing PTSD and Reminders (Coping with the Past). On the days and dates that bring back monumental events, emotions can be greatly stirred, and can create major mood and personality changes and spiraling. The events not only affect those who participated, but family and friends, as well.
