Born and raised in Prince Edward Island, Canada, Erika earned her BSc. from Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick, and now studies and practices naturopathic medicine in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Erika has been a healer and proponent of Self-discovery, Self-awareness, and Self-transformation all her life.
