Dan Hildebrand

Born and raised in North London, Dan started acting at the Royal Court Theatre, London in 1979. He travelled around the US at nineteen, then worked for ten years as an actor in the UK. He came to the US in 1991 and continued to work as an actor in TV, film and theater. He was certified to construct Monolithic Domes in 2002, and after a visit to South Africa in 2006 to build EcoShells that year, worked on a project to construct 80 structures (72 homes) in Indonesia to rebuild a village destroyed in an earthquake. Last year Dan built EcoShells at a prefab expo in Palm Springs, an expo in Santa Monica, started a monolithic dome build in Northern California and completed a 1,250 square foot EcoShell as part of a new Orphanage in Haiti, for the Haiti H.E.R.O. organization. He later travelled to Morocco for a month to shoot episodes for the new "Game of Thrones" TV show.
