It’s Not Office Politics…It’s Workplace Bullying

Today’s show is about the epidemic of Workplace Bullying. Our special guest will be the Director and activist of thebullyinginstitute.org and Author Dr. Gary Namie his book is entitled The Bully at Work. Dr. Namie will talk about his efforts to get legislation passed in the U.S. to make it a crime to bully someone in the workplace. We also, will discuss why people bully others and why corporations allow employees to be bullied. And, why there is not a federal statue already on the books in the U.S., with respect to workplace bullying.
