Hebrews chapter six is a continuation of the authors warning that the believer must trust God at all cost never leaning to his or her own understanding, what we think about it, how it feels to us or even what others feel or think about the situation.
We can not afford to allow our humaneness to distract us for any reason. This means that no matter what comes against us we do not sway to the right or the left, but instead we remain faithful to the will of the Father.
You may be asking yourself “How do I do that?
The answer is simple…Make Jesus Lord of your life and obey. God expects Obedience of His children
In chapter six of Hebrews the author is urging the believer to mature in the things of God so that they may be a great witness for Him in their confession, actions, and lifestyle, abandoning Christianity 101.
Now the author is not suggestion that we do not hold true to the foundational principles, but that they walk in the power and authority we have been giving in the Lord that He may be glorified.
