Join us on the JHBLS Part 10 as we dive into a deep discussion on Jimi Hendrix and his powerful impact on music.  We will focus in on Jimi's influence on so-called Black music, which includes: Funk, Soul, and R & B.  Jimi's influence not only was felt through people's ears, but also their eyes.  Chris CoShea talks about his views on a topic that is not covered and talked about enough:  Jimi's under appreciation in the AA community.  You don't want to miss this!!  Remember, a discussion of Jimi's Black culture is in no way an exclusion of any other culture.  If you think so, then please do an evaluation of your inner emotions!!!

On Part 10 of the JHBLS we take a closer look at Jimi's often over looked impact on Black music.  Jimi's sound lived on in Black guitarists and musicians of the 70's and onward.  People like Ernie Isley, Eddie Hazel, and Bootsy Collins brought Hendrix to the Black community that he so desparately wanted to reach.  It's sad that Jimi is often over looked for Soul Train Lifetime acheivement awards and so forth.  Christopher CoShea will take us on a musical journey, as he speaks about Jimi through his eyes and ears.
