When Tyrik Winn turned 16 years old, he'd already written a book, won an award for that book, been featured on Steve Harvey, and was going forward. Coming onto my show, he said to me, "You're never too young to begin your dream." 

Through the years, I've had the pleasure of watching his journey to his goals. Now, several years later, he is a broadcaster, producer, author, actor, and studio owner.
