Talks around mental illness have become more commonplace in today's world. Over time, it is slowly becoming less of a stigma and more of an acceptable topic to have discussion. This drastic change is due to several reasons, but it also gives the Church an opportunity to access those who may have mental illness. Yet, there are those who still feel as if admitting you have a mental illness is showing a lack of faith or some other misconception
How can the church address those among us and outside of us who deal with mental illness? What are some steps a church can take to become more educated? What about us who are mentally ill -- are we still able to serve the kingdom? These and many more questions are going to relate to our topic today as I chat with my returning guest co-host and contributor, Malinda Fugate.
