Dr. Charlotte Shelton is President & CEO of Unity, an international movement dedicated to supporting people of all faiths on their spiritual journeys and helping them apply positive spiritual principles in their daily lives. Prior to Unity, she was Chair of the Management, Marketing & M.I.S. Division at the Helzberg School, Rockhurst University and a visiting professor in Peking University’s International MBA program, Beijing, China. Charlotte has also owned her own consulting business, WiseWork, and has held HR senior management positions in Kansas City financial services and energy organizations. She is the author of Quantum Leaps: 7 Skills for Workplace Re-Creation (Butterworth-Heinemann, 1999), and coauthor of The NeXt Revolution: What Gen X Women Want at Work and How Their Boomer Bosses Can Help Them Get It (Davies-Black, 2005). She contributes to numerous trade and academic journals and has recently been quoted in The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, Inc. and Glamour magazines. She is a frequent speaker at seminars and conferences throughout the world.
