My guest this week is Donna Saunders. She is a doctor twice over: in Clinical Psychology and in Ministry. Her primary focus is, not surprisingly, children and the community. She is co-founder and CEO of Guide Community Health Services. Its focus is preventative and aimed more at children in an attempt to reverse some of the disparity in health caused by economic and social issues these families face.
Dr. Saunders has done a lot of work exploring the connection between spirituality, and physical and social health. She has lectured on the topic, including for the Family Research Council, the Department of Health and Human Services, Howard University Graduate School of Education, and many other organizations.
We will also touch very briefly on her views on the most recent SCOTUS decision.
