Last month we discussed "The Queen Bee Syndrom,"  and how women tend to bully one another, especially in male-dominated  fields.  This month we'd like to discuss possible solutions towards buildng empowerment among women.  We urge you to call in with any personal stories and/or solutions about this matter!  The only way we are going to create a safer world for women today and in the future is if we start working together on these issues.
