We all have this Fire within us…..ALL of us.  This little flame inside sometimes extinguishes itself out when some event or trauma occurs that controls our emotions.  When that occurs you are not in balance, your energy may be depleted and you may feel lost, sad and broken.  By acknowledging your feelings you have taken the first step in “Re-igniting The Fire Within”.  This little flame will grow as you heal your wounds and once again take charge of your life.

By finding your power within you can release the traumas of your past and live now, in the present.  Let your fears, anxieties, worries and doubts about your past and your future go.  You don’t need them anymore.  Enjoy each day, live in the present moment and free yourself forever. 

We all need balance in our daily lives.  We also need to understand and find balance with our partners, friends, family and communities.  In these times of chaos and change, Men and Women need to work together in harmony as equals to find the balance needed to move forward.  Women can’t control and Men can’t control anymore. Control never works - joint harmony and a common approach to issues are now needed. Come join others in this circle and explore ways to accomplish this together.
