Part 1- Will Your Vote Count in 2012?

Tonight, Patriot’s Heart Network launches the first in our 8 week series titled “Will Your Vote Count in 2012?” This program is sponsored by Defend the Vote.

The first hour of our show involves an explosive report about to be released that assesses the security of Chicago polling places.

This explosive security assessment found that out of the 239 precincts audited, 215 (90%) were NOT in compliance with the CBE’s security protocols.  Incredibly, 159 (59%) of the 239 precincts failed to seal their ballot boxes!

Tonight, election expert, attorney, and Chairman of Defend the Vote, Steve Boulton, will speak with Sharon Meroni who was responsible for the design and implementation of the April 5^th, 2011 security assessment of the Chicago Board of Elections.

Defend the Vote will implement the first citizen run statewide security audit across Illinois in 2012.

In the second hour, Christian Adams, who runs a blog at www.electionlawcenter.com and contributes for Pajamas Media, will join us to discuss plans with Defend The Vote to launch the FIRST citizen empowered Section 8 (of the 1993 Motor Voter Law) legal action!

In the final segment, Matt Bruce, the Captain’s America, will join us to discuss an important voter registration initiative in Florida.
