ElderCareRead Life Scenes 1: A shared activity book for people with dementia

Laura Bramly has over 20 years experience in communications consulting with non-profits, universities and large corporations. Previous work has included curriculum development, book editing, conference and event management, conference reporting, writing, presentation and speech development, graphic design. Laura recently published ElderCareRead, Life Scenes 1, the first in a series of books to read with people with moderate to advanced dementia. Her goal is to work in the area of educating the public about Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia to reduce the stigma of dementia and encourage people to have early diagnosis. She would like to develop connections between the various organizations working in the field of dementia to create program banks and best-practices studies.
