On Educate to Elevate this week, we talk with Lauren Arcinas, an undergraduate student at Washington and Lee University, about the role of internships. Miss Arcinas is a graduate of the California Academy of Math and Science, located on the campus of California State Dominguez Hills, with the purpose of supporting low income and minority students interested in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math). Lauren will share her experiences over several summers participating in internships and how they have shaped her decision to pursue a career in Neuroscience.
