Welcome to Kingdom Concepts with Pastor Kelly Russell! Pastor Russell was saved at the age of 17 and baptized in the Holy Ghost at the age of 18. As an evangelist, Pastor Kelly had been afforded the opportunity to flow in God's anointing and develop intimate relationship with Him. She was licensed an evangelist by Bishop Larnell Phillips of Shiloh Temple in 2003. Pastor Kelly was ordained and licensed Pastor in August 2007 by Chief Apostle Dr. Sharon Edmond. In October 2007, the Livelystone Deliverance Outreach Center opened its doors at its first location: 402 Nash Street South in Wilson, N.C. In January 2009 Livelystone moved to its new location in Kenly N.C. Wanting to meet the needs of the whole man Pastor Kelly began consecrating on direction for the young ministry. After instruction from God Pastor Kelly revamped the ministry by changing its direction, name and location as God willed. The name was changed and she relocated the ministry to Wake Forest NC. The Kingdom Family Worship Center will be opening in its new location fall of 2010. . Pastor Kelly has been given a mandate to win souls and by and through the word of God bring lifestyle of holiness back to the church. For God is displeased at the way the body of Christ has left purification, prayer, and holy living and picked up degradation, sin and complacency of lifestyle. Through teaching and preaching with divine revelation with miracles, signs, and wonders, Pastor Kelly has been equipped and enabled to carry out the mandate. Her assignment is for the up building of God’s Kingdom. She is the proud mother of two anointed sons, Nicolas and Joshua.
