5.3 million. According to the Alzheimer's Association, that's how many of our nations's populace currently has Alzheimer's disease - a shocking number by any measure.
But let's take a moment to think about brain health cross the whole continuum. If brain health exists on a spectrum, with Alzheimer's and dementia lurking at one end, at the other is the "perfect brain," a state of complete mental clarity in which no one resides.
