Author and Medium Alexandra Holzer's vegan father is the late Author, Lyricist, Speaker, Spiritualist and Parapsychologist Professor Dr. Hans Holzer, Ph.D. He's authored hundreds of titles from non-fiction to fiction in the genres of parapsychology, paranormal, religion, healing and poetry. He is most known for the adaptation of his book Murder in Amityville for the film Amityville Horror: The Possession and NBC's television show In Search Of with Leonard Nimoy. He also had a radio stint with Manhattan's radio station WOR with the legendary Joe Franklin. Her mother is an accomplished artist and is a Countess on the Baron side to the Russian Buxhoeveden Family with relations to Catherine The Great. The late Parisian grandmother, Rosine Claire, (married to the Count of Russia), published French Gourmet Vegetarian, New French Gourmet Vegetarian and French Vegetarian Cosmetics. They have a published family book written in German entitled, Riga 1201 Buxhoeveden 2001. The Buxhoeveden Family also produces a Red and Black Label Vodka but it is difficult to get it into the states. Alexandra attended The Fashion Institute of Technology earning two degrees in Fine Arts and Advertising. She's married with four children, two of which battle Juvenile, Type One Diabetes.
