Listen to the Sun. June 26, 2022 special edition of the Pan-African Journal: Worldwide Radio Broadcast hosted by Abayomi Azikiwe, editor of the Pan-African News Wire. This will be the final episode in honor of Black Music Month. The PANW report will consist of dispatches on the announcement by the Russian Foreign Ministry noting that the United States must account for the mercenaries deployed in Ukraine; women in Sudan have held a mass demonstration demanding the creation of a democratic dispensation; South African authorities are investigating the deaths of 20 people in an East London tavern; and the survivors of attacks by armed groups in Mali are now speaking out. In the second and third hours we present the final instalment for Black Music Month with special tributes to Paul Ngozi, Arthur Lee, Johnny Echols and the legendary band LOVE.
