Safe Food Politics

Whether we like to believe it or not, there are strong political currents in the food industry today that are ready to pull us under if we take even a moment to rest. In this modern world where big corporations lobby for new food legislation every single day, we must all be diligently involved in making ourselves heard. We must stay abreast of current legislation, food labeling requirements, and the political leanings of food producers. I am working to do these things, and to make sure that I know enough to help others make the journey with me. To that end, I will discuss a little bit about government regulation and why I believe there should be less rather than more food legislation.
