BEYOND WORDS LIVE - HR 4662 UPDATE FROM ADVOCATE TEAM TO DC (JUNE 5th 2010)

A team of advocates will be hitting the streets of Washington DC the last weekend of May 2010. This show is reserved for members/representatives from that team to join us and share with us updates of what they did on their trip to Washington DC to actively solicit support from legislators on the Capitol Hill in hopes to propel this HR4662 to pass this year. It is important that we get this bill passed to help curtail the outofpocket expenses of lymphedema patients to ensure their abilities to properly maintain and manage their own lymphedema care so that they don't end up having increased healthcare needs, such as treatment of open pressure wounds from lymphedema being inadequately treated or having a lack of ability to properly treat this condition/disease.
