"Living The Dream" With Jaya Julienne Ashmore Of Open Dharma

Jaya weaves together deep traditions and real experience to speak about "dreaming" in 3 dimensions. She says openness and focus together reveal a space where we can be moved by freedom. 

Sometimes we find ourselves living in a dream of delusion, like a tunnel of too much focus, drive, or unfullfilling hope.

For these times, she recommends a specific inquiry and interchange with people of presence.  As we find the 3 dimensional space of our full experience, discipline is present rather than enforced. 

In this talk, Jaya brings together koan-like teachings from Tibetan Buddhism and from a little-known story about the time just after the birth of Jesus.
