Jon Wallace

Jon R. Wallace  joins us ON THE DEAN's LIST to talk about leaders and leadership. Jon brings a great and diverse range to the topic. He is passionate about making a positive daily impact through servant leadership, superior customer service and employee engagement. 

He is a mindful speaker with a diverse background in sales, marketing, leadership, and organizational and community development.  While currently a PhD candidate in Organizational Psychology, Jon works as a mortgage officer at Fifth Third Bank in Southwest Michigan. He teaches undergraduate business and political science classes for Lake Michigan College, graduate classes in Organizational Leadership for Siena Heights University and is a certified online teacher.

A former self employed entrepreneur, Jon has served on the boards of directors of United Way of Southwest Michigan, Cornerstone Chamber Services, Lakeshore Rotary and Cornerstone Alliance.  International presentations include Transformational Design at the Organization Design Forum, Transformational Culture Leadership at the Midwest Academy of Management, and Bridging the gap between theory and practice at the Western Academy of Management.  Jon is also a certified Bridges out of Poverty trainer.
