On this episode of Only The Guilty Gets Offended Quaniece interviews Aundrea Murray who is currently residing in London, where she is enrolled in graduate school. Aundrea is a journalist who has been writing for as long as she has been reading. She also has a passion for photography and has just started writing her first book. Aundrea describes her new found freedom after cutting off all her hair, and the beauty she feels from short hair and minimizing makeup daily. We discuss the importance of black mental health and it's challenges we face as a community. We also discuss our challenges with anxiety that we have both had to deal with personally and how it affects us today.
