Battling Fear

On this episode of Only The Guilty Gets Offended Quaniece has a discussion with Jade on their battles with overcoming their fears. Jade discusses her bravery by quitting her job. Jade explains how she had been experiencing verbal abuse from her boss but allowed herself to stay at this place of employment because of fear. Just like the rest of the world Jade has to support herself but should it cost her, her self respect? Quaniece goes on to discuss deciding to take a chance into the unknown after dedicating her entire adult life around one profession. She talks about her passion of wanting to touch lives and doing the things that make her happy and implementing that into the next step of her life. Being an introvert she discusses battling being open and sharing her story while facing her fear of rejection and judgement.
