Today an online exhibit launched that features some of the civil rights history of North Carolina. "A Change is Gonna Come: Black, Indian and White Voices for Racial Equality" is accessible at the website of the North Carolina Museum of History. The exhibit greets online visitors with an excerpt of Sam Cooke’s song “A Change is Gonna Come” which was released shortly after his death in 1964.
