Friends, it’s February, Black History Month on onCUE!... Helping people "lead where they are". What is the legacy of the Civil Rights in America?  The movement will be forever wed to Black America.  Is it nuturing or neglecting, empowering or victimizing?  Is the "utility" sustainable?  ...which leads to the question of the day...  Civil Rights: The Wedding with a Troubled Marriage?
