Heather's book Happiness On Tap is her way of introducing easy, fun and sometimes outrageous ways of changing unresourceful states, moods, patterns and behaviors. Along with her specialization in emotional management from every angle, she plays many roles in her own life, sharing her talents with many and is never ever ever ever ever ever bored. She is the social media, marketing/PR coordinator and front row mover and shaker of the international winning San Diego Chorus of Sweet Adelines International. Over the past 10 years she has owned multiple businesses from print and web design, choreography coaching as well as training holistic therapists to the master teacher level of Reiki healing and now integrates her ever evolving mastery of Neurolingistic conditioning, hypnosis, experiential games and even body-therapies into deep personal developmental work to bring about radical transformation that uncovers the best of what is already inside you waiting for a chance to shine unhindered. Heather believes in a strong correlation between a person's physical health and their possible difficulty in choosing to take action and move forward in life, relationships and work.
