In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM - Ancient Authentic Akan Ancestral Religion, we examine the major Akan Abosom (Deities) and demonstrate their expressions in Yoruba, Fon and Ewe, Igbo and Ancient Khaniti/Kamiti (Nubia/Egyptian) culture as Orisha, Vodou, Arusi and Ntorou/Ntorotu (Neteru/Netertu).
It is often misstated that one-to-one correspondences cannot be made between the Deities in different Afurakani/Afuraitkaitnit (African) Ancestral Religious expressions because there are differences. This false idea is born of the fact that individuals who propagate it are simply uninformed on who the Deities actually are. We correct the record.
