Special Today Spokane WA Homeless

lets talk about the spokane city council on panhandling !!! lets see what this band will cause to you store owners and tax payers ,lets look at homeless nation wide. lets see what the constatution says on this subject . are what Spokane WA and other states interpating the law correctly ? I was always under the impression we respect each other. Weather you are homless or poor. You do know the the Homless in any state can Vote !!!!!!!! after 30 days in that state ? so lets see what happens when the homeless totaly under stand they are a large very large voting block in Spokane WA and other major citys through out the United States!!!!!!!
