Should Marijuana be legalized in the U.S?

With Ron Paul and Barney Frank teaming up to introduce bill to legalize marijuana, it begs the question... SHOULD it be legalized? What about other illicit drugs? Should they become legalized too? We all know there is a lot of myth, fact, and perception that take place in the discussion of illegal drugs and their impact on society and even in particular communities... And hopefully we can  work to sort it all out nad have a great discussion!
