"Talking Hoops" NW Hoop Scoop with Jim Basnight

Jim Basnight is a journalist who published a Husky hoops subscriber only blog at www.huskydigest.com and has worked for Rivals/Yahoo and 710-ESPN Radio Seattle. With a decidedly NW focus, Jim covers everything from the newest potential star on the play grounds and gyms in this rainy region to the greats of yester year. This week Jim hosts Louie Nelson (UW 1969-73), the last Husky player to average more points per game (23 PPG) than current Husky senior Andrew Andrews (22 PPG). Nelson's former UW team mate Ray Price will also join us, to talk about those teams, as well as this year's model. Nelson hails from Compton CA, home town of Husky head coach Lorenzo Romar.
