Guests, Dana Kasowskii and Paula Reiders are both teachers in Special Ed classrooms in different states.  They are seeing the fruits of change in their NHA classrooms.  Our hosts for this podcast are Stephanie Rule and Veronica Coates.

Veronica is a Special Education Local Planning Area (SELPA) Director for a rural county in Northern California and feels inspired and humbled to serve in a leadership position for students with special needs. Veronica is passionate about serving at-risk students and making the IEP process safe and positive for parents from the paperwork to the implementation. She has utilized the Nurtured Heart Approach since 2008 in every aspect of her personal and professional life.  She has been an Advanced Trainer since 2013.  Veronica is the proud mother of one son, Holden, and most of her free time is spent on the pool deck and traveling to her son's swim meets. She lives in Chico, California with Holden and her husband Jesse.

Dana, a Certified Advanced NHA Trainer, is in her 13th year as a special education teacher in Wahpeton ND.  She currently teaches students who receive special education services under the area of Emotional Disturbance.  Building Inner Wealth in her students has become the focus of her classroom.  Dana and her husband are raising their three children using NHA.  In addition, she teaches NHA classes within her community and is the owner of Greatness Unleashed Consulting.

Paula, a Certified NHA Trainer, is the mother to seven children, five who were born to me and two who were born in her heart.  She also has eight grandchildren.  Her work, her passion, is Special Education.  Currently, she is teaching in a Primary Special Day NHA classroom.  Becoming a NHA Trainer has been a beautiful journey of transformation.
