Voting is an opportunity to put people in place to improve the quality of your life. The right to vote is under attack. Voting initially was a right only for the wealthy White men. Unless citizens use the opportunity and vote, there is evidence that voting will strategically be afforded once again only to wealthy White men.

Voting is a matter of the mind. When we decide on who to vote for it should be based on issues and positions you calculate as best for you, yours and your community. If you do not like what you see day to day, vote to change your surroundings.

We get to vote local, statewide, and nationwide. Which one of these opportunities would you give up freely? You are giving up your vote every time you fail to vote. Your vote is needed and you wont see your needs and wants being met until you begin to exercise your right to vote.

Everything we do has some tie into how you voted or how you failed to vote. From the conception of life to inheritance taxes and everything in between. Voting is a mind activity not a heart activity. Love has nothing to do with voting. That's why voting is done in a booth with no eyes other than those of the voter. Do your civic duty and vote in every election and you will be instrumental in an improved society. From jobs, to healthcare, to increased minimum wages, ending Stand Your Ground, to keeping public schools open, to ending voter suppression.
