Are you an Effective Witness?

At one point and time in your life, you will experience some type of appraisal or a yearly performance review of the work you have accomplished or supposed to have accomplished or what you simply missed. Ask yourself have you ever dropped the ball? What does it feel like and if you were a part of the team, how can dropping the ball affect the entire team's performance? Guess what? All of us will experience a performance review that we can not make any type of excuse to get out of it. If God were to do your performance review as His witness, what would He say about you? What would you give yourself a "1" for rock bottom bad or "10" for being a super performer? We will be discussing how to become an effective withness!
