After relapsing four times Laurie came across EFT,also known as Meridian Tapping, and it changed her life forever. Laurie statesthat while AA is very good in many ways for recovery, it does not addresschildhood trauma and abuse, which can sometimes be at the root of addictions.EFT facilitated her own recovery in incredble and transformative ways.
