The definition of a turn around is an abrupt or unexpected changed, especially one that results in a more favorable condition. Some turn arounds are instant, other involve a process.

We have to be flexible in a turn around. We have to allow God to shape us. God can even promote you in your place of brokenness. God is able to change you.
