Changing the Meanness in Business

Traditional business views people as expendable, exhaustible and expensive. It's a structure where profits come before people, where people are often treated like machines, where there is so much judgment about what is 'right' and 'wrong' that people are afraid to be themselves and where bullying is rife!  This approach creates stress, not ease and expansion.  What else is possible?

This week I am joined by Kerry Purcell and we're going to talk about changing the meanness that rules business. What if people could be kind to each other?  What if money wasn't the only valuable outcome?  What if businesses that exhibit a generosity of spirit with their people could thrive?
