Putting the words value and business in the same sentence brings up lots of possibilities, and lots of points of view!  Was your first awareness resistance and reaction or is this a topic that's comfortable for you? 

What is value? How do you deliver value in business? Where does valuing YOU come into it?  How do you place a value on the work you do?  What is the value of your work to other people?  What is the value of giving yourself a break?  What are you valuing that is not contributing to your business?  What do your customers value that you aren't yet aware of?
