My area of expertise would be timeline programming, as this is the type of work that I did in Atlantis times. This is where I teach people to choose the highest possible reality available to them. I encourage people to change their vibration by working through any traumas or self-limiting beliefs and feeling their difficult emotions in order to vibrate higher. I disregard the notion that simply thinking positive thoughts will raise one's vibration, although it may momentarily. My work instead focuses upon helping people to get to the root core issues that are holding them back and removing those barriers. I also assist people to move through these ascension and descension cycles (the ups and downs of spiritual awakening and ascension) with more ease by helping people to surrender to the difficult emotions that may arise and to stop shaming themselves for going through these lower periods that are a necessary part of ascending into our highest potential. We must go through it to rid ourselves of the gunk (so to speak). So my work is very much focused on self-love and self-compassion as I believe love is what we are made of, the great transformer and the only way forward into these higher dimensional realities (timelines).
