Tonight's Guest is Stephanie Mansour of Step It Up With Steph. Here's more about Stephanie: Stephanie motivates everyday people to Step It Up in their daily lives. Creator of Cubicle Crunch & other quick, 60 second tips to increase health, fitness, & happiness, Stephanie has been featured on local news stations across the country. She provides body image & fitness coaching over the phone and also trains clients in Chicago. Stephanie received her BA in Communications (emphasis on Psychology & Women’s Studies) from the University of Michigan, where she created & hosted two TV shows: an aerobics show encouraging students to work out in their dorm rooms, and a motivational talk show highlighting good deeds around campus. Prior to starting her company Step It Up with Steph in 2008, Stephanie worked for PBS WNET New York, Lifetime Television for Women, Oprah & Friends XM Radio host Marianne Williamson, and The Dr. Phil Show. Stephanie completed her yoga training, personal training certification, and life coaching certification in Los Angeles, and recently relocated to Chicago.
