Oh-Drama-Care:

Three years ago, the Affordable Care Act was passed by both houses and signed into law.  Since then the Republicans have been fighting it every chance they got.  But with the pervasive website problems and "broken promises", have they finally found their best shot at killing this law & possibly win enough seats in 2014 to take both houses?  Or will the administration work through these issues and prove that the ACA is and will be effective in doing what they set out to do for the American people.

The Renisha McBride Case:

On November 2, 19 year-old Renisha McBride (a black female) was shot in the face and killed.  The shooter was the 54 year old home owner (a white male), who claimed that he believed that McBride was an intruder attempting to break into his home.  In fact, the young woman had gone to other neighboring houses prior to his, and it's believed she was doing so in attempt to get help following a single-car accident she had been involved in. How much of a role did race play into his "fear"?  And is it reasonable for a person to shoot at anyone or anything that goes bump in the night?
