Big Ray and KB met through a friend one day in Richmond, Va. Big Ray saw that he had found the partner (KB) he had been seeking for many years. Someone who had the same drive and compassion for investigating the paranormal while helping others at the same time. R.I.P. (Richmond Investigators of the Paranormal) was born. With KB taking over the PR role R.I.P. soon became a Richmond, Va. household name!
Big Ray & KB of RIP was chosen by NPR in October 2011 to educate the country about the use of modern technology and its use in paranormal investigations. They were also recently featured on WTVR 6 “Good Morning Virginia” and “Style Weekly” placed them on the cover of the Halloween Week's Issue, along with a 5 page article they featured while accompanying the RIP Team on their investigation of the Weston Plantation in Hopewell, Va.
RIP has performed hundreds of paranormal investigations in and around Virginia. They have investigated many residential homes, businesses and historical sites. They also host haunted tours and public attendance investigations at some of their investigative sites.
Big Ray is a 20+ year US Military Veteran, Observer/Trainer/Controller, Nurse, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Former Private Investigator. KB is a Retired Richmond City Police Officer, as a member of a well known special crime prevention task force. Therefore, both are well versed in the analytical aspect and techniques of performing a proper investigation.
The duo also works together hosting “Ghost Raps” which started out on Blogtalk Radio, an online streaming radio station. Big Ray & KB had bigger plans, which worked out perfectly when a local AM Station (WLEE Newstalk 990 AM) offered them their own Drive Time Paranormal Talk Show. “Ghost Raps”
