The .000001% - Is it Real? or Not?

There are special individuals out there that can seem to do extra-ordinary things like bend metals with their mind, levitate objects, or seem to know what is going to happen tomorrow. Is this stuff real or is it sleight of hand? For some, which is very very far, few and in between, this ability does exist.
