Lake George, NY, has been a fantastic vacation destination since the days of the caveman. Ok, maybe not so long but it has been the "In Spot" for generations. Winter when things queit down except for skiers and dog sledding on the lake or people just looking for peace and rest. Those who know the area make a beeline for the Barnsider Restaurant for its incomparable BB@, especially the brisket. That's on the list year-round.
